By using Nairatix, you confirm that:

You will provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when registering or making purchases.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password.
2. Ticket Purchase and Event Access
Tickets purchased through Nairatix are valid only for the event for which they were issued.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund policies are determined by the event organizers.
Nairatix is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or postponements of events by organizers.
3. Event Organizer Terms
Event organizers using our platform agree to provide accurate event information and fulfill all obligations to ticket buyers.
Nairatix reserves the right to suspend or remove any event or organizer that violates these Terms or misrepresents information.
4. Fees and Payouts
Nairatix retains a 10% commission on all ticket sales.
Payouts to organizers will be made within 48 working hours after the conclusion of the event.
Organizers must provide accurate bank details and fulfill event obligations before funds can be released.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Nairatix or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nairatix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including issues related to event cancellation or third-party actions.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We do not share, sell, or distribute user data obtained through registration on our website to any third parties.
Your information is collected solely to process your ticket purchases, manage event access, and provide customer support.
